Great product, bad shipping

They left my item in the wrong address, I’m lucky that the person how received it doesn’t have a projector and let me know my package was left there. The product is perfect

100" manual projector

Fantastic quality. And even though customer service said they werent too sure how it retracted and said that it may have to be manually rolled up each time, I can confirm that it has an automatic retractable mechanism on the casing so you can just pull, lock amd release format to roll up. Great!! It is finished with a white quality paint finish and the screen is very high quality. It was delivered very promptly and very well packaged. It comes with simple installation instructions to wall mount or hang. Only thing is you have to buy your own fixures... which makes sense depending on you wall and ceiling type. So happy with purchasing this through TSB living.
