Once you have chosen a piece of furniture, hover over the item to add it to your cart. You can click the item if you want to read the description further and check its specs and other features. There are also step-by-step instructions on how to assemble the product, which you can download. When decided, click the “Add to Cart” button below the summary description for checkout.

We also recommend other products you can check that are related or supplemental to the items you add to your cart. Some items might be out of stock, but in the meantime, we can notify you when they’re available.

2. Proceed to checkout

After adding items to your cart, you can then proceed to checkout. There will be steps in processing your orders to ensure a secure online transaction. Upon checking out, you will fill up some forms with the necessary information – name, contact details, and exact residential address.

It is your responsibility to make sure that all details you provided are correct to avoid inconvenience and delays with your order. As much as we want your furniture pieces to arrive at your home safely, we also value delivering them faster than we can so you and your family can enjoy the items as soon as possible.

3. Select bank transfer

TSB Living lets you choose the most convenient payment method for you. But in getting WINZ quotes on furniture pieces, we recommend selecting bank transfer so you can get a WINZ quote. Choosing bank transfer as your payment method takes longer to process because of the WINZ procedures, but it’s all worth it.

Payments will not be processed until all applicable information has been received by TSB Living. We don’t accept payments on weekends or public holidays, so you have to ensure sufficient funds are available on credit cards for payment to be processed on the next business day. If your payment is not received within seven days of the date that you receive your order confirmation, TSB Living reserves the right to cancel your transaction.

Although TSB Living uses the most up-to-date Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology software for secure transactions with our customers, TSB living Ltd will not be liable for any damages, consequential losses (whether direct or indirect), or other losses suffered by a customer whose credit card has been used fraudulently or in an unauthorised manner. 4. Get a quote via email

After all the ordering process, an email will be sent to you about your WINZ quote approval on the furniture you purchased. Following approval, WINZ will put the funds into our bank account to process and send your item.

It may take up to forty-eight hours from the date of payment to dispatch your item. Please note that items will not be dispatched until payment has been received in full. Estimated delivery times will be three to five working days (excluding rural delivery which will take up to five to seven working days).
