COVID-19 Level 2 Updates

Shipping Information

We have been working to the best possible to dispatch all orders placed to date before the lockdown. Any orders received lately and or ones we are unable to fulfill will be shipped out at the end of the level 4 lockdown or as we receive updated information from the Ministry. 
 
Please note that the courier network is reasonably operational but some shipping lines are to close during the lockdown period, while some have advised to move only essential goods with limited coverage leaving the shipping network very fragile at this point in time. We understand that you may be concerned about your orders and given the situation is beyond our control, we will do everything possible to assist you. We know that 4-6 weeks seems like a long time for delivering your order, but we request for your support during this unusual time, rest assured you will have all the support required, if you wish to cancel orders or for any other matter.
