Our shipping service includes delivery by a single driver to the nearest drop-off point.
Regrettably, our drivers are unable to take products up a fleet of stairs and for apartments we can deliver to the reception/ it’s up to the driver’s discretion if they want to deliver it to your doorstep.
We do not offer two-person deliveries for any items.

Mid sleeper bunk

Our daughters love their bunks!! Converting our 2 year old was the best thing with these plus our 7 year old has been asking for bunks for months so this is a great start! Thank you!

It's the perfect size, not too big. Assembly is pretty straightforward.

Great bunks average everything else

Bunks are great. Pretty sturdy which is awesome considering price. Not too bad to put up, easy to follow instructions. Some of the holes needed clearing to for the parts otherwise they wouldn’t fit in.
Only let down was shipping/customer service. Shipping non rural was $65. I had to chase the second parcel as it wasn’t delivered. Lucky I did, as it was too big to deliver but I wasn’t advised of this Delivery company said they had tried to phone but number wasn’t valid. Details I sent when purchased were correct. When I tried to rectify this via customer service, response was slow and unhelpful originally. After around a week I was advised they would refund $15 of shipping cost which after a week of back and forth and chasing the parcel (one of which we needed to pick up) didn’t feel like it reflected my time or effort. Then I was told the $15 refund wouldn’t be issued until the bunks were shipped back… then a day later then received confirmation that refund would be processed (of $15). Room for improvement with customer service and delivery given price of delivery…
