How Depot Collection Works
Important Information
- Depot collection is available for selected North Island locations only.
- Orders must usually be collected within 7 days of arriving at the depot.
- Uncollected orders may be returned to our Auckland warehouse and additional freight charges may apply.
- Some products may require assistance or a suitable vehicle for pickup due to size or weight.
- Depot staff may require advance notice before collection.
Terms & Conditions: Depot collection orders require processing time. If an order is placed during a depot's active collection period, it will be allocated to the following scheduled collection cycle and cannot be collected during the current week's collection window. Please allow sufficient time for processing before attending the depot.
