The following terms and conditions apply to TSB Living's Free Gift promotion. By participating in this promotion, customers agree to the terms outlined below.
Qualifying Spend Tiers
Customers who spend the qualifying amount on eligible products will receive one free gift, selected from the corresponding tier below. If your order qualifies for a higher spend tier, you may choose your free gift from that tier or any tier below it.

General Conditions
- This promotion is valid only while stocks of the free gift items last. TSB Living reserves the right to substitute a gift of equal or greater value if a selected item becomes unavailable.
- Customers who reach a qualifying spend tier may choose their free gift from that tier or from any lower spend tier, as outlined in the table above.
- Only one free gift is permitted per order, regardless of order value or the number of qualifying spend tiers reached.
- The free gift offer applies only to qualifying orders and excludes products tagged or categorised as DS BS, DS NA, DS BD, Midea, Toshiba, Samsung, Parmco, Imprasio, Xclusive, sale items (already discounted), NZ Made, and Sauna.
- This promotion cannot be combined with any other discount codes, offers, or promotions.
- The free gift may only be claimed during the active promotional period and does not apply retroactively to prior orders.
- In the event that any items are returned from a qualifying order and the remaining order value falls below the spend threshold for the free gift received, the free gift will become payable at its full retail price.
