we brought two of these shelves and are absolutely amazed at the size of them and how easy it is to assemble each shelf to cater for each size dvd and cd, they are able to be next to each other without taking up too much room due to them being really long not really wide. very happy with them. assembly of the actual units was good, we did have to do it slightly different to how the instructions said but that was no biggy.

Good but slightly off

The shelving unit is good, and works to purpose, but some of the pre-set holes were wrong, or more-so, they weren't on the right side if the clean side/cover was to face outward, resulting in the back panels and the top panel not being correct, and with the flimsy wood used for the back, you can't really remove the nails without tearing the panel apart.

CD Shelf

Love the shelf, perfect for what we needed. Only problem was assembly. We found that we needed to assemble it differently than the instructions, as when we turned it over to attach the base the shelves had no support at the ends and all pulled away from the centre shelf. It took a lot of glueing to try and get structure back - its only made of low density chipboard with a wood veneer.
We assembled it a different way on the 2nd shelf we bought and it was much better. So make sure you assemble it face up and attach the top and base on before flipping it over.
