*GREAT LOOKING BENCH*

This was the easiest seat to put together! I love it and it was very inexpensive but gets lots of compliments! The shipping was extremely fast, too. If you are wanting a bench that will not rust, you should get a wooden one.....I have mine under a covered area and believe in getting the most use out of it while taking care of it, too. It's great! Thanks TSB!

Nice design but rust from day one

We bought Arteferro Garden Bench C1. It is a nice design & size and priced very reasonably. Although the frame is quite light (only the backrest is cast iron, the frame is light steel), the website suggests that the seating capacity is 260 kg, which is a lot for a small bench. That may be exaggerated, but the bench will certainly seat two adults comfortably. However, the black powder-coating is inadequate because the bench has already been rusting at the bottom of the cast iron backrest from day one. I will stop the rust by painting the bench with Hammerite Direct to Rust Metal Paint, which will hopefully protect the bench for up to 8 years, but that paint does add of course about $70 to the price.
