This Recumbent Exercise Bike is just perfect to have all these at once. Perfect for exercising muscles while reducing damage to joints, especially the knees. This is particularly useful for injured, middle-aged and elderly people. The relaxed seating position actually allows you to balance your body weight better and get your legs and heart to work together in tandem for better blood flow. The LCD display also helps to track parameters easily to let you monitor your health while exercising. The bike itself is constructed of an industrial-strength power-coated steel frame for durability and rust resistance. With up to eight resistance levels, the bike can be adjusted for the desired exercising intensity to suit your workout. Plus, the magnetic flywheel is smooth and runs almost friction-free.
