- All front loader washing machines will have a few transport bolts at the back of the washer to secure the drum during transportation. All bolts MUST be removed before first use otherwise it will damage the drum, and such damage is not covered by warranty!!
- All Midea front load washing machines are only required to install an inlet hose (cold water) since machines heat the water themselves. For more details, please check the manual book above. Thank you very much.

Delivery Specifications:
- Our shipping service includes delivery by a single driver to the nearest drop-off point.
- Regrettably, our drivers are unable to take products up a fleet of stairs and for apartments we can deliver to the reception/ it’s up to the driver’s discretion if they want to deliver it to your doorstep.
- We do not offer two-person deliveries for any items.
