Whole experience was easy. Great email correspondence. Love the shelves, they look awesome. If you're planning on buying these to house Blurays or 4Ks, it will hold up to 570 normal size cases, in total. So, you're looking at 19 per shelving slot. Box sets also fit in here nicely.
