Please note: *This item is covered by 12 months return to base warranty. Warranty is not covered if the product has been damaged by general wear and tear, accident, misused or involved in accidental or natural disasters.
*If you intend to set it up on the grass or to bolt it down on concrete. It is recommended to have an anchoring mechanism applied just in case of windy weather.

Delivery Specifications:
- Our shipping service includes delivery by a single driver to the nearest drop-off point.
- Regrettably, our drivers are unable to take products up a fleet of stairs and for apartments we can deliver to the reception/ it’s up to the driver’s discretion if they want to deliver it to your doorstep.
- We do not offer two-person deliveries for any items.

Purchased the 4x2.3x1.8 run with the roof upgrade. Overall it's pretty good value for money and the service was good from TSB Living.
I've rated it a 3 star mostly due to the poor quality control and that annoys you then this probably isn't the product for you.
Over 5 of the joints had problems with the screws. Either the screws were stripped and would not hold in the thread or the welds broke on the nuts attached. TSB were great at replacing these so I cannot fault that, but ideally you want a product that comes right first time. As we needed the run up ASAP we did not have the luxury of waiting for the replacement parts.
Also the instructions are poor. The pictures are so small and there is no text so not great if you struggle with kitsets.
Overall I'm pretty happy with the finished product. Time will tell how long it lasts and suspect based on the quality control from outset that the overall quality may be lacking.
All that being said, if you are good at kitsets and work things out for yourself and don't mind having to get replacement parts for the ones that are not up to scratch, this could be a good run for you. It is good value for money.
Our huntaway cross loves the space. It's a pity that there was not better quality control at point of manufacture.
