Covid Level 3 (step 2) Update :

 

Our utmost priority is keeping our customers, employees and communities safe. Your health is our priority and we will continue to follow the guidance of NZ health authorities. Please note that our showroom in Auckland will be open for viewing / collections from Wednesday 10/11/2021.

 

Showroom:

 

1 - If you are feeling unwell or have any COVID-19 or flu-like symptoms we ask you to please stay home and nominate a friend/family member to collect on your behalf

 

2 - You will need to have your face masks on whilst in store

 

3 - Please register yourselves using the COVID Tracer App or in the Visitors Book for contract tracing

 

4 - Please use the hand sanitiser provided before entering the premises

 

5 - When collecting, please have your sales reference number ready so that we can process your collection much faster

 

6 - Payments can be made in store for orders

 

7 - To ensure social distancing we may limit the number of customers entering the stores to meet health and safety requirements

 

8 - Please maintain a distance of 2m between other customers and staff at all times

 

Dispatch:

 

Due to unprecedented freight volumes we are experiencing some delays; current delivery timeframe is 2-10 working days, rural addresses it may take longer. Our teams are working hard to ensure your purchase is processed in a timely manner and with minimal interruptions while we adapt to Level 3 step 2 Alert operating restrictions.
